Our Story
TRINITY Property Management was founded in 2021 by 3 local entrepreneurs, with a desire to serve. Keynan Fanslow, Cole Evarts, and Tristan Belue all have a background in serving. Keynan founded cleaning company, HSC Idaho, in 2019. Cole joined that team in 2020 and HSC has become one of the leading cleaning companies in the Treasure Valley. Tristan has managed various properties and has vast business experience. Cole has a diverse background in sales and operations.
